Prompt
Help us align our transferable competency work with the goals and resources below. [input] Goals and usage situations: You want to resolve any blockages in your transferable competencies and determine your next course of action. Resources to review: Current experience and target job Conditions and Constraints: Please proceed based on the provided data, and mark any missing facts as requiring confirmation. Previous attempts and records: This is my first attempt. Please proceed from the parts that can be confirmed in the current data. [Key points to check in this topic] Identify the basis for matching and supplementing current behavior with target job demands. [Results to be created this time] Create a handover document focusing on the current status, what has already been decided, open questions, next actions, and data location. For the person in charge and the deadline, only write what is provided and leave the undecided ones as is. Leave the necessary context so that people who haven't read the original can take the first step. [Working Principle] Preserve the applicant's actual experience and evidence. Do not make up your career, job title, performance, or other people’s evaluations, and explain information that cannot be disclosed in categories. If there is no input that will change the results, ask only the necessary questions first and proceed with the parts that can be confirmed with data. [Completion criteria] Make sure recipients know what to look for, where to look, and what to do next. Distinguish between the basis for the outcome, remaining uncertainties, and next actions, and mark only what has actually been confirmed as complete.
